Click this link to retrieve your password. If you're email is not found, then check with your coach or team manager to make sure you are added to the TeamPortal team roster.

How can I change my password?

Once logged in, click on the "My Account" link in the top right corner

What if I have multiple players with the club?

A

When you log in, you should see a list of teams. Select the team for the Dashboard you want to view.

Once logged in to the Dashboard, click on the "My Account" link located in the top right corner. If you have multiple teams associated with your account, you will see them all listed here. Click on the team name you want to view.

If you do not see multiple teams listed, contact TeamPortal@placerunited.com.

How do I add the TeamPortal Calendar to my mobile phone?

A

From your mobile phone, log into TeamPortal. Click on the Mobile Calendar button, then bookmark this page on your phone.

From your computer, log into TeamPortal. Click on the Mobile Calendar button, then copy the URL and send it to your mobile phone.

How do I set up TeamPortal access for my player?

A

Once the player’s email address is added to the team roster, a TeamPortal account will automatically be set up.

If your player does not receive an email with log in information, then click on the following link for a Password Reminder.
